1If you decide to go ahead with us and sign up for your surrogacy program in Ukraine, please take your time to read the following information how to start your process.
2You will need to join The Cradle before we are able to offer you any further help, like finding you a matching donor or surrogate. After you agree to our terms and conditions, you will need to sign a contract with us.
3Success Package includes all expenses: medical and legal services, surrogate mother's fee and egg donation cycle. We provide families with surrogate mother, control her and coordinate the process, assist with legal paperwork and delivery, child's registration, birth certificate with your names as parents. The clinic provides medical services only. You should address all your questions directly to our team.
4We will show you 3 profiles of surrogate mothers and up to 3 profiles of egg donors.
5You will be provided with all receipts after every payment and service invoice for our services.
6We schedule your meetings, pick you up at the airport, take you to an apartment rented by you, accompany you to the clinic, help your communicate with the doctors, facilitate translation and take care of all the details in order to make your visit smooth and comfortable. After the surrogate mother delivers a baby we will take care of the legal process and provide you with the child’s birth certificate.
NOTEThe Cradle is not a medical facility. We provide only legal services and support throughout your process. Our job is to provide you with a matching surrogate mother, control her, prepare legal paperwork in compliance with Ukrainian laws and make everything smooth. We value our reputation and our main task is to protect your interests.
